Studio Policy

Please read through the following information.

When you pay your fees, you agree to these Ts & Cs.

Receipt of payment means that you understand and agree to these terms and conditions.

Student Attendance

It is expected that students/families commit to regular weekly attendance.

In the event of student non-attendance, the following options are available:

  1. Online lesson - the student may have an online lesson at their regular lesson time. These will be conducted using Google Meets.

  2. Asynchronous lesson - the student may send through videos of their playing ahead of their lesson time. The teacher will use the student’s lesson time to watch the videos and provide feedback to the student.

  3. Parent-Teacher Interview - the parent may choose to have a phone conversation during the regular lesson time to discuss student progress.

Please note: A catch up lesson may be offered but should not be expected.

Invoices

Invoices are issued per term. All fees are payable in advance.

Payment plans are available upon request.

If no payment has been received within 10 calendar days of the due date of the invoice, lessons will be discontinued.

Cancellations

If you would like to discontinue lessons for any reason, please provide a minimum of 2 weeks written notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice will incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to a half term’s tuition.

There are no refunds.
